2. WHY DO WE NEED YOUR INFORMATION?

Micro Wire will process your data for the following purposes:

2.1. Customer management and order processing:

The processing of your data is necessary for the purposes of authentication, issuance of invoices and processing of orders in the context of the conclusion and execution of the purchase and sale contracts concluded, as well as for the performance of pre-contractual procedures at your request. If you do not provide your data, we will not be able to provide you with the services requested or contracted.

Your data will be kept for this purpose for 2 years.

Customers’ personal data may also be processed by Micro Wire for the purpose of litigation management. The legal basis is the existence of a legitimate interest on the part of Micro Wire and the data will be retained for the period necessary to exercise its rights.

2.2. Marketing

Micro Wire may process your data to send you marketing communications (including news, sales, promotions, events, product and service information, exclusive customer offers, and satisfaction surveys about the services provided) via email and SMS.

This data processing will only be carried out with your consent, provided through the appropriate form on our website. Failure to provide your personal data (in this case, your email/mobile phone number) makes it impossible for Micro Wire to send you commercial communications.

3. WILL MY INFORMATION BE SHARED WITH OTHERS?
