How to Join (Step-by-Step)

Website Registration
Create a standard account on our website. Fill in all data accurately, as this will be the foundation of your professional profile.
Request in the Customer Area
Access your customer area and submit the request to convert to a "Reseller Account", attaching the required documentation.
Validation and Approval
Our team will review your request. Once the VAT number and documentation are validated, you will be notified via email of your B2B tier activation.
Mandatory Documentation
When applying for a reseller account, you must submit:
- Sole Traders / Freelancers: Declaration of Commencement of Activity.
- Commercial Companies (Ltd, PLC): Updated Certificate of Incorporation / Permanent Certificate.
- Billing Address: Must match exactly the one registered on the official tax documents.
Intra-Community Operators (VIES)
For customers operating outside Portugal but within the European Union, Micro Wire provides VAT exemption (Intra-Community Model) through a highly automated process.
- Double Validation: The provided VAT number is validated against the VIES system during manual registration, but also automatically at the time of each checkout, ensuring total legal compliance and instant exemption.
- Immutable Billing: The billing address and VAT Number provided during registration will be locked for all future purchases.
- Tax Changes: If you need to change your address or VAT number, the request must be formalized through the contact page or via direct email to [email protected], subject to new document validation.
Dynamic Tiers and Pricing
Partnering with Micro Wire rewards business volume. Your reseller tier translates into pricing levels.
Attention: The tier is dynamic. You can evolve to levels with higher discounts, but you may also suffer a *downgrade* or total exclusion if the account shows inactivity or lack of regular purchases.
Credit Management
The values resulting from credit notes (including orders canceled at the reseller's request) are always placed as store credit on your account. These amounts can later be deducted via a coupon system on subsequent orders. Direct refunds to the bank account are not issued for B2B accounts.
B2B Account Deadlines and Maintenance
Reseller accounts require commercial activity to keep their privileges active. The following inactivity rules apply:
After 1st Activation (3 Weeks)
After the initial activation of the B2B account, the customer has a period of 3 weeks to place their first order. If they fail to do so, the account loses its privileges. To reactivate it, you must make a purchase at the final customer price (standard retail price).
Annual Renewal (1-Year Cycle)
After the 1st purchase, the reseller status is valid for 1 year. Each new order placed automatically renews this cycle for another year. If it expires, the account reverts to a standard customer, requiring a purchase at the standard retail price to request reactivation.
