Our History - From Repair to Creation

The history of Micro Wire (Clouds and Roots) is marked by technical evolution and market adaptation.

2020 - The Starting Point: "Clouds and Roots, Lda" is founded on September 25, 2020. Our initial focus is 100% technical: specialized repairs on all types of electronics, from smartphones, tablets, and computers to complex industrial machines.
2021 - The First Website: With the experience gained in repair and sourcing components, we launch our first online presence. The site focused on presenting our repair services, but we started making available some of the accessories and components we used daily.
2022 - The Shift to E-commerce: Realizing the huge national demand for quality parts, we launch our first website fully focused on product sales. The Micro Wire brand, as you know it today, takes shape and defines its position in the e-commerce market.
2023 - Expansion and Innovation: This was a year of exponential growth. We launched a fully improved website, introducing innovations such as real-time repair quoting. This robust platform allowed us to expand to major marketplaces, like Fnac and KuantoKusta.
Today - A European Partner: Currently, Micro Wire is a technological partner with a European scope. With our domains microwire.pt, microwire.es, and microwire.eu, we are present across the continent, selling on major marketplaces. Our B2B growth has been consolidated with the execution of projects and public contracts, proving our technical capacity and reliability.
