Which quality should I choose?
The quality of every part is stated on the quote. These are the most common options:
Service Pack
New, official part from the brand's service channel. The choice if you want the original.
Premium
New, high-grade part from an independent manufacturer, close to the original. On OLED screens, Soft OLED.
Incell / Compatible
The budget option. On OLED models, the LCD panel uses more battery and blacks are not true black.
Frequently asked questions
Do prices include VAT?
Yes. The prices in the quote tool are final: they include the part, labour and VAT.
How long does a repair take?
The estimated time is on the quote and depends on part availability. We keep you updated by SMS and, if there is a significant delay, you can cancel with no repair charge.
Do you charge for diagnosis?
If the fault is the battery, screen or another part, there is no diagnosis fee. If it is on the board and needs micro-soldering, the analysis costs €15 and is deducted from the repair price if you go ahead. For boards and other devices, the €15 diagnosis is always charged.
What if the price changes during the repair?
We stop and ask for your approval again: the approved amount is never exceeded without your agreement. If you decline the quote, we return the device reassembled, free of charge.
What warranty does the repair have?
New parts fitted: 3 years for consumers and 6 months for businesses. Pulled or Refurbished parts: 18 months, if stated on the quote. Micro-soldering: 6 months on the circuit worked on.
Will I lose my data?
When a part is replaced, usually not. Work on the board, memory or software can erase data, so back up before handing your device in. We don't open photos, messages or apps: we only test the functions we repaired.
How do pickup and delivery work?
For 10.00€ we collect your device from your address in mainland Portugal and return it after the repair, insured up to €1000 per device. Packaging is your responsibility. Outside mainland Portugal, you can send the device to us by tracked courier.
Will my device still be water-resistant?
No. Opening the device voids its IP67/IP68 rating, even with new seals.
Can I bring my own part?
Yes, but with no warranty on the part or the result. If the part is faulty or incompatible, labour is still charged.
