Alternative Dispute Resolution
Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) allows all consumers to turn to official entities that help them resolve or guide conflicts before proceeding to legal action. This process is, as a rule, faster, less formal, and less expensive than the Courts.
How It Works?
The customer requests the intervention of an impartial third party (mediator or arbitrator) who acts as an intermediary. This specialist can suggest a solution, bring the parties together for an agreement, or impose an arbitral decision, depending on the entity chosen.
