1. Acceptance of Conditions
By validating an order on our website, by email, or by telephone, the customer declares that they have read and fully accept these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
- Micro Wire reserves the right to modify these conditions at any time.
- Any terms or conditions proposed by the customer (such as those appearing in their own purchase orders) that contradict our terms will not be accepted, unless expressly agreed upon in writing.
- Intellectual Property: Micro Wire guarantees that it only uses protected third-party rights (trademarks, names, logos, or company and service names) after receiving authorization from their respective owners.
Company Identification: The websites www.microwire.pt, www.microwire.eu, and www.microwire.es are owned by Clouds and Roots Unipessoal, Lda, headquartered at Avenida Manuel Milheirão Nr 148, 3070-743 Praia de Mira, NIPC 516 154 940.
2. How to Place Orders
We offer four ways to order:
- Website: Through our online stores (microwire.pt, .eu, .es).
- Email: By sending the request to [email protected].
- Telephone (231 471 305): It is mandatory to provide a valid email address for sending the Order Note, which the customer must validate in writing.
- Physical Store: In person, during our business hours.
Validity and Limits
- Age Verification: The customer commits to indicating their age before starting any contracting procedure. The processing of data of minors for information society services is only lawful for those over 13 years old; otherwise, authorization from parents or guardians is required.
- Payment Deadline: Orders await payment for a maximum period of 5 business days. After this period, if it is not possible to contact the customer, the order will be automatically cancelled.
- Quantity Limits: Micro Wire reserves the right to limit the purchase quantity of any product per customer (anti-scalping measure).
3. Prices
- Valid Prices: Contractual prices are those displayed on the website at the time of purchase, presented in Euros (€) and including VAT at the legal rate in force.
- System Errors: In the event of a computer, manual, or typographical error resulting in a manifestly derisory or incorrect sales price, Micro Wire reserves the right to cancel the order and refund the amount to the customer.
- Campaigns: Prices viewed on social media or old flyers are for information purposes only. The only binding price is the one displayed on the website.
- Quotes: Commercial proposals (quotes) are valid for 7 days, subject to prior stock availability.

5. Shipping and Deliveries
Deadlines and Carriers
- Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday via GLS, Correos Express, or CTT.
- The average processing and shipping time is 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation.
Reception and Damage (Important)
- Mandatory Verification: The customer must check the condition of the packaging at the time of delivery. If the box shows visible damage, you must refuse delivery or report the damage on the courier's delivery note.
- Claim Period: Transport damage not visible from the outside must be reported to Micro Wire within a maximum of 24 hours after reception. Subsequent claims may not be accepted by the carrier's insurance.
6. Stock Availability
- Stock Shortage: If an ordered product goes out of stock, Micro Wire will inform the customer, suggesting an alternative product or a refund.
- Orders without Immediate Stock: Products on backorder may have delivery times between 4 to 10 business days.
- Assemblies: Equipment requiring technical assembly (e.g., Desktops) is subject to longer preparation times.
7. Non-Conformity (Wrong Product)
If you receive a product different from the one ordered or an incomplete order:
- Deadline: You must report the situation to Micro Wire within a maximum of 15 days after reception.
- Conditions: The product must be kept in its original packaging, with all accessories and no signs of use, so that we can proceed with the exchange.
8. Legal Warranty and RMA
All new items sold by Micro Wire to end consumers benefit from a 3-Year Warranty (under Decree-Law No. 84/2021). For professional use, the warranty is 6 months (unless otherwise stated by the manufacturer).
DOA (Dead on Arrival)
- Products with defects within the first 15 days are considered "DOA". These cases have priority: if the fault is confirmed and not repairable within 5 days, we will replace the product (subject to stock).
RMA Process
- Warranty requests must be opened in the Customer Area of the website.
- Micro Wire has the legal period of 30 days to restore the conformity of the good (repair or replacement).
- In case of a discontinued product, a Credit Note may be issued.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty is automatically voided in case of:
- Physical damage (bent pins, broken screens, burnt components).
- Violation of warranty seals or serial number labels.
- Misuse, incorrect installation, or modifications (VMODS).
Data and Backups
- Micro Wire is not responsible for data loss during repairs. The customer is solely responsible for performing backups before handing over the equipment.
9. Equipment Take-back (WEEE)
In compliance with Art. 13 of DL 102-D/2020, Micro Wire informs and ensures:
- Free Take-back: The possibility of free take-back of waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) by the consumer.
- One-for-one Basis: The reception and transport of waste on a one-for-one basis, as part of the supply of new electrical and electronic equipment, provided that the waste is from equivalent equipment and performs the same functions as the supplied equipment.
