Frequently Asked Questions

Is this SIM tray compatible with the iPhone XS?

No, the dimensions of the drawer differ between the iPhone XS and the iPhone XS Max.

The mobile phone says "No SIM", does changing the tray solve it?

It only solves it if the tray is warped and pushing the card away from the contacts; if the tray is correct, it may be an anomaly of the internal reader or the SIM card.
