Frequently Asked Questions

Is this battery compatible with the Samsung Galaxy S20+ or S20 Ultra?

No. This EB-BG980ABY battery is intended solely for the conventional Samsung Galaxy S20, as the remaining models use batteries with different physical dimensions and capacities.

The phone restarts without warning; does changing the battery resolve it?

If the previous battery has a marked voltage drop under load, replacement resolves the issue; if it persists after the change, the anomaly may be related to the power circuit of the mainboard.
