HW-127 GY-273 Magnetic Compass Module
The HW-127 module is a 3-axis digital compass based on the QMC5883L IC. This sensor, much like a compass needle, aligns itself with the strongest magnetic field. Its internal sensor function relies on magnetic field-sensitive resistors arranged in an orthogonal coordinate system (x, y, z). Its I2C serial bus allows for easy interfacing.
